Is the right of the Palestinian who was expelled or left the home for any reason in 1948 or at any time thereafter, to return to the homes or land or the house where he lived a normal life before 1948, and this right applies to all Palestinians, whether man or woman, and applies As well as to the descendants of any of them regardless of the actual number and their locations and place of birth and circumstances of the political, social and economic development.

why the right of return is sacred for Palestinians ?

Because of the historic result of their presence in Palestine since time immemorial and their attachment to the homeland, and because it is a legitimate right to them , and because it is a legal right of a fixed, the right of the Palestinians in their homeland .
